Puppy Pre-School
Early socialisation ensures that your new puppy is well-adjusted and not frightened of other people and animals.
Puppy Preschool classes are held at Balmain Village Veterinary Clinic at 6pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The cost is $265 for four classes, payable before the start of the first class.

Tips for socialising your puppy:
- Once your puppy is used to your family and any other family pets, introduce them to neighbours and friends and their pets as long as they are healthy AND fully vaccinated.
- Begin teaching your puppy simple cues like “sit”, and “come”
- Call them by name.
- Get them used to wearing a collar and walking on a lead. Be consistent and patient.
- Reward your pup with praise and occasionally with food (we recommend Vet's Best Rewards).
- Join a Puppy Pre-school class!
